And we’re not quite done adding dates! I’ll also be at the London Laurel County Farmers Market Pre-Thanksgiving Sale AND our Christmas Market, but I’m still waiting on the official dates and times for those. As soon as I have them, I’ll get them posted!

Looks like I better keep that crochet hook moving! 😂🧶

📣 CHANGE OF PLANS, GUYS!

I spent the day out at Calloway Creek Barn getting things ready for Bridge Nights & Family Lights and ya know what?

I’M POOPED! 🤣😴

It’s been a crazy, hectic week, and next week is going to be even crazier, so I’ve decided this old gal is taking tomorrow OFF! 😂

That means Off the Hook by Rhonda will NOT be at the London–Laurel County Farmers Market tomorrow morning, but please go out and visit all my wonderful market friends and show them some love! ❤️

I’ll be back at the market for Arts & Eats on Thursday, October 15 from 5:30–8:00 PM, so be sure to come see me then! 🧶🛍️

Until then, I’m going to put my feet up, recharge these batteries, and prepare myself for another week of Bridge Nights craziness! 🤪🍂

🌟 PRODUCT OF THE WEEK — DOLLY! 🌟

I know, I know… I’m a day early! 🤪 But considering I’ll more than likely be running back and forth to Calloway Creek Barn tomorrow getting things ready for Bridge Nights & Family Lights, I figured I’d better post while I was thinking about it! 😂

Needless to say, there hasn’t been a whole lot of crocheting going on around here this week, but I DID manage to get this cute little Dolly finished! 💕🎶✨ Because really… when you’re too busy to crochet, you make time for Dolly! 😂

And for all you ladies who apparently decided you needed to stock your kitchens with my “Warsh Rags” last week… I’ve got a few more made! 🤣 Y’all bought several of them, and I’m beginning to think I’m not going to be able to keep up with you! 🧶

If I manage to get anything else finished before tomorrow evening, I’ll add it to this post…but I am making NO promises! 🤪 At this point, crochet time is happening somewhere between decorating, errands, and whatever else we decide needs to be done at Calloway Creek! 😂

🍂 DON’T FORGET! This Saturday will be my LAST Saturday of the regular farmers market season! 😭 How in the world did we get here already?!

I will be back at the market for Arts & Eats on October 15, and I’ll post a reminder about that as we get closer.

Took a few days off this week and went on a little girls trip with my cousins Carmen and Louann! ❤️ We decided to hit up another quilt show—this time in Lebanon, Tennessee.

Now, I’ll be honest…this quilt show wasn’t near as good as the one we went to in Pigeon Forge back in June, BUT we have still had the BEST time! We’ve laughed until we’ve hurt and had some much-needed cousin time. ❤️

And probably the biggest laugh of the whole trip?

We traveled a couple hundred miles…just to shop at Dollar Tree and Walmart! 🤪🤣🤣

Yep. Sounds about right for us!

And if you know us, you KNOW we’ve eaten good! 😂 We had some absolutely delicious food at Demo’s Restaurant and Just Fish. If you’re ever in Lebanon, TN, be sure to check them out!

We’ll be headed back to Kentucky in the morning, and you know Louann with Granny Crafts and I are ALREADY talking about what we’re taking to the market Saturday! 😂

I really haven’t gotten much new made this week, but I’ll be bringing back some favorites! I’ve made a few more of the ghost/pumpkin car hangers 👻🎃 and FINALLY restocked my washcloths—or as we like to call ’em around here, WARSH RAGS! 🤣 I know several of you ladies have been patiently waiting on those!

Now, I also wanted to give y’all a heads-up about my October schedule because, well…it’s a little CRAY-CRAY! 🤪

🧶 October 3 & 10 — These will be my LAST two regular Saturdays at the farmers market this season! 😢

🎂 October 17 — Sis and I are taking a little trip for her birthday celebration! ❤️ We won’t be getting back to Kentucky until around 2:00 that morning, and if I know Sis, she’s liable to drag herself to the market anyway and set up with Well Butter My Biscuits! 🤣

THIS sis, however, is getting older and just plain TIRED! 😂 Once I get home around 2:00 that morning, I’ll probably crawl into bed and sleep like the dead! Y’all can tell me what I missed at the market later! 🤪🤣

🎃 October 24 — Most of y’all know I’m the event coordinator for Calloway Creek Barn Event Venue, and we’ll be having our very first fall festival, Bridge Nights & Family Lights! I’ll be there ALL DAY getting everything ready and helping keep the craziness under control. 😂 So after you go see all my friends at the farmers market that morning, come on out that afternoon and see all the amazing vendors setting up at Calloway Creek! And be sure to bring the kiddos in their costumes for TRICK-OR-TREATING with our vendors! 🎃👻🍬 It’s going to be such a fun fall evening for the whole family!

🏥 And then I’m ending October with a little gallbladder surgery. Because apparently October wasn’t busy enough already! 🤦‍♀️😂 That means I’ll miss the closing day of market this year, too.

Hopefully we’ll get everything on the mend quickly and I’ll be ready to roll for the rest of my fall and Christmas events—and be all ship-shape when the next market season rolls around! ❤️

So even if you don’t need a single piece of crochet, COME SEE ME before my market season is over! 🥰 I’m going to miss my Saturday morning market family!

The London Laurel County Farmers Market is open every Saturday through the end of October from 7:30 AM–12:30 PM.

Only TWO regular market Saturdays left for Off the Hook by Rhonda—October 3rd & 10th! 😭🧶

Hey Laurel County! Just a heads up that there will be NO Farmers Market this Saturday due to the World Chicken Festival this weekend. Our vendors are taking a well deserved break and we hope you enjoy every single minute of the festivities!

We will be back in full force on Saturday, October 3rd and we cannot wait to see you. Until then, have a safe and wonderful weekend at the World Chicken Festival! We will see you soon!

🐔🚨 THE CHICKENS HAVE TAKEN OVER LONDON!! 🚨🐔

Yep… Chicken Fest has officially invaded town, so we’ve decided there’s only one thing left to do — surrender and take the weekend off from the London Laurel County Farmers Market! 🤣🤣

And I’m not gonna lie… this ole gal is pretty excited about sleeping in on a Saturday morning! 🙌😂 That doesn’t happen very often during market season!

We hope everyone has a wonderful weekend! Spend a little time with your family, enjoy this beautiful weather, slow down for a minute, and make some memories. Those are the things that matter most. 🥰

And if you’re heading out to Chicken Fest, have fun, eat something good, and enjoy all the festivities! 🐔

🚨 Well, y’all… it finally happened! 😂

For the FIRST TIME IN THREE YEARS, I don’t have a single new crochet creation to reveal for the market tomorrow! 😱🧶

Between Momma and me, we had doctor appointments every single day this week except today. By the time I got home from all that running, this ole gal basically crashed! 😂 And today was spent with family having a little birthday get-together, so needless to say…

NO CROCHET HAPPENED THIS WEEK! 🤷‍♀️🤣

But don’t worry — I WILL BE AT THE MARKET TOMORROW! 🙌

And technically, I still have some goodies left from Corbin Con and the Kentucky Food Truck Championship that haven’t made their Farmers Market debut yet… so they’ll be NEW TO THE MARKET! 😉 I’m counting it! 😂

So come on out tomorrow and see what I’ve got left! You might just find something you haven’t seen in my booth before. ❤️

Hopefully next week life settles down a little and I can get back to some quality crochet time because after an entire week without picking up my hook, I’m starting to have withdrawals! 🧶🤣
