Ending this busy Monday with one of my favorite ever! This material palette is for a Fire Island kitchen Reno project we are working on, and it’s safe to say that everything from this sandlike countertop material to the sea-inspired custom island paint color is a perfect reflection of the ocean just beyond the walls of this home. Can’t wait to see this one come together!

A 5am departure, 8 total hours of roundtrip driving (should have been less than 6!), 2 passionate business partners…and we have another completed unit setup in the books! As soon as we catch up on some rest, we’ll share some before, during & after shots of this beautiful Hudson, NY apartment that we had a blast helping to restore and decorate over the past 6 months. But for now, just want to share some gratitude for this beauty right here Onto the next Airbnb property!! 🏠
