One of my favorite parts of interior design is watching an idea that started on paper actually come to life.
For this fireplace wall, we began with a detailed design plan—working through the proportions, fireplace placement, mantel, recessed TV area, stone, custom shelving, lighting, and that gorgeous fluted wood accent wall.
Then came the construction phase, when you have to trust the process. 😅
And finally… this.
Seeing all of those individual decisions come together exactly as envisioned is the best part. I love the warmth the wood brings against the lighter stone, and the integrated lighting makes the shelving feel so special.
There is a LOT that happens between the first drawing and the finished space—and this is why thoughtful planning and detailed design matter.

Sometimes you don’t need to completely start over to completely transform a space. The right color, updated hardware, and a few thoughtful changes gave this kitchen an entirely new look.

Bathroom refresh! From builder basic to beautiful!
Swipe to see the before! ➡️

This kids' bathroom went from dark wood cabinetry, plain tile, and builder-grade finishes to a space that's bright, timeless, and full of personality.
We updated it with: 💙 Gorgeous handcrafted blue tile 🤍 Cambria Everleigh quartz countertops 🎨 and a creamy beige paint - Updated fixtures and hardware and MAGIC ✨ Fresh, classic finishes that will grow with the family for years to come
The best part? It still feels fun and kid-friendly while being sophisticated enough to last long enough to the teenage years.

Project Sneak Peek!

One of my favorite things about designing kids' spaces is creating rooms that invite imagination, movement, creativity, and a whole lot of fun. 💜

This basement playroom is still a work in progress, but I couldn't resist sharing a few sneak peeks!

A cozy reading nook tucked beneath the stairs with hanging sensory swings and built-in bookshelves.

A creative maker station where little artists can dream, build, color, and create.

An interactive Lite-Brite-inspired wall that's as much art as it is play.

A gallery wall filled with playful, oversized artwork to bring personality and smiles into the space.

The goal was to design more than just a playroom—we wanted to create a place where these kids can read, imagine, create, swing, build, and simply be kids. My guy Adrien with New Age Renovations really did an amazing job taking my vision and building it out.

There are still a few finishing touches to come, and I can't wait to share the completed reveal. Stay tuned... it's only getting better! 💙💜

When my client described the feeling she wanted for her bedroom, two words kept coming up: moody and romantic.
The goal wasn't just to create a beautiful room—it was to create a retreat. A space that feels cozy at the end of a long day, layered with rich textures, warm lighting, and just the right amount of drama.
The dark accent wall creates depth and intimacy, while the soft upholstered bed, plush textiles, and warm brass accents keep the room feeling inviting and serene.
Design isn't just about how a room looks. It's about how it makes you feel. And this room feels like a deep breath at the end of the day.
