Today was inspection day! 🎉 My clients were so incredibly excited, and honestly, so am I. We saw this house the exact second it hit the market.
We knew the sellers had a big open house scheduled for Saturday, but I always tell my clients: the first offer is usually the best offer. We didn’t hesitate. We put our offer in right away, did a little negotiation, and by Wednesday? We had a signed, accepted contract.
The Saturday open house? CANCELED. ❌
Long story short: Never, ever wait for the open house if you can get through the door early. You never know what’s in the seller’s heart or how ready they are to lock in a great deal.

It is officially MOVING WEEK for my amazing sellers in Chicopee! 📦✨
Talk about perfect timing, we just received the official “Clear to Close” today! Tuesday means packing up the last of the memories, tomorrow (Wednesday) they officially sign the paperwork, and Friday the buyers sign and take the keys.
Leaving a home “broom clean” is hard work, but the excitement for their next journey makes it all worth it. So incredibly happy for them as they close this chapter and start a brand new one! 🥂🎉
