Back in November, I met the most incredible people at an open house. Last month, they reached out ready to make their move. We sailed through pre-approval with my top lender and found the one. 🏡
But what melted my heart was their vision. They bought a multi-family property to build a multigenerational home. One floor for mom, one floor for the adult child and their partner, living independently, but under one roof to look out for each other. 🥹
I’m a big believer in serendipity, and when I saw the address, I had to catch my breath. It was the exact same house number I grew up in as a child. 😭❤️
