I have over 800 to choose from and nowhere near all of them are on the site so text the number and let me know what you want added next so you can check out before the sale is over. There are molds listed that you've never seen. We didn't get a chance to release them before my life and this business were forever changed by the loss of my husband, and co-owner Russell.
I am still unpacking and as I bring items out, they are inventoried and put on the site. Not everything is listed just yet. All of our scented beads are listed and some of the fragrances. I'm working on adding things every hour. Every time you refresh, you're likely to see something new.
If you don't see an item you need, you can text the number below and if it's in stock, I'll add it. If it's not, I'll get it on the list. What you see on the site is in stock. Should it become unavailable, the site will reflect that and not let you add it to the cart. Our inventory is in real time. If your favorite is missing, it could be available and I just haven't gotten to it yet. Don't hesitate to ask for it!
Our current turnaround time is same to next day (Excluding weekends and holidays). Should that change, the website will be updated with the current turnaround time.
My MAIN GOAL is fast shipping, communication and quality products just like before. I know when tragedy struck us, I let those things go by the wayside. I'm here to pick myself up, dust off and start over fresh and make it up to every single one of you. I can't apologize enough for walking out. I needed time to put myself back together and heal as much as possible. I'm here, and I'm working hard to bring it all back together. I'm at 50%. You are the other 50%. Without you I can't revive what was here before. So if you are excited to see us and our products back, I need your support now more than ever. In case you haven't kept up with updates, we have re-branded. For no reason other than it's just easier to start over new than to try to have everything changed over to my name solely. There's no secret behind it and everything we offer is a previous version of Crimson (with a little new added).
I'm planning on revising our fragrance list to keep up with current trends and we are going to take a more natural approach. We had already started doing that when we closed. I have lots of items that came in that you have never seen because they never got added to our website.
I'm excited to get back to it but also anxious because I'm doing it without Russell who was so good at being the face of Crimson. I'm anxious because I have to get up and running quickly to make it happen. The first time around, It wasn't our sole income so it could start out slow. This time around, I don't have that luxury. We either make it happen or I will have to go another direction and take a job instead.
I don't really like putting my "business" out there like that but I am being honest and I hope you can appreciate that. I've always in the past kept my personal business private and it's going back that way after this post. I'll be all business after today. I'm just taking a moment to be truthful and vulnerable. The next 2 weeks are crucial in jump starting and the next 30 days are crucial in our survival. If you're not ready to place your orders, share my posts. Let everyone know I'm back.
