Regardless of your flooring needs, we can ensure that your units will be ready for move-in within 24-hours of your phone call even if it's on a Saturday. With over 350 professional installers on hand, we're sure to be able to meet all of your flooring needs. Our installers are prompt, efficient and highly skill

ed in flooring installations. From the moment a House of Floors uniformed installer arrives on your property, you can be assured that they will conduct themselves professionally and with as little disruption as possible to your property's residents and to your staff. Fully licensed and bonded, we offer an unlimited one year warranty on all installations. Each location is also equipped with a 24-hour answering service who will reach the owner you wish to speak with at any time. Every proposal and installation is accompanied with seaming diagrams. These plans are drawn on 1/4 inch scale and are provided to you for a consistent yardage and cost savings. Services
Floor Seals: Commonly used to eliminate odors from pet or mildew damage. Sub-Floors: Cracked or soft spots in gypcrete that may result from structural problems. We use 3/8" or 1/2" CDX plywood applied over the existing floor with 3" dry wall screws, screwed to the existing sub floor or joists. We also have a state-certified gypcrete expert who can handle all your second or third floor structural repairs. Carpet Repairs: Partial Units, Seaming Repairs...Whatever it is you can count on us for a professional repair. Patches: Iron Burns, Chemical Stains, Mud spots, We've got you covered. Re-Stretches: After time apartments may need to have the carpet re-stretched. We can quickly and easily re-stretch any size unit, and in some cases it is even covered by your House of Floors 1-Year Installation Warranty. Clubhouses & Leasing Offices: Commercial Carpet, Designer Broadloom, Stone or Ceramic we can even take care of moving the furniture for you. Exercise Rooms: Sport-ability and Rubber Installations are one of our specialties. Visit our flooring catalog to see samples of products that will fit perfectly in your fitness center. Laundry Facilities: VCT is primarily used in this application. We can handle any size job - Large or Small, and we will even move appliances if necessary. House of Floors would be happy to help you with remodeling. Many selections are available to suit your needs whether it is Carpet, Vinyl, Ceramic Tile or Wood. We will be more than happy to measure each area and supply you with a detailed proposal.
