One of the easiest ways to make the biggest seasonal impact? Swap your throw pillows and you’ve instantly transitioned into Fall. Oh, and mulling spices brewing on the stove can’t hurt anything, either. 🍂🤎

Like so many people, I loved Dolly Parton. But for me, she held a special place in my heart because her music will always be connected to my stepmom.

She was from Tennessee, loved Dolly, and was a second mom to me for a good part of my life. I grew up listening to Dolly because of her. After she lost her battle to breast cancer, a Dolly song could come on and immediately make me think of her…

Dolly meant so much to millions of people, each with their own memories and reasons for loving her. For me, her music is a reminder of someone I loved very much. Saying goodbye to Dolly makes me especially grateful to have those songs. 🤍

A home feels so much more inviting when warm and cool tones are layered together. Warm woods, aged brass and creamy textiles can be balanced with pale stone, soft grays, pewter finishes or charcoal accents. It’s all about creating contrast without losing that cozy feeling!

Designer tip: Carry one accent color—like dusty blue—throughout your home. Repeating it in small ways from room to room helps everything feel connected.

Warm, earthy, timeless—and so easy to live with. Greek Villa, Iron Ore, Pigeon and Pewter Green are all currently used in my own home, so it’s safe to say these are tried-and-true favorites around here.

Throwing it way back to one of the most random and fun things I’ve ever done… I was on Wheel of Fortune! 😂

And somehow, I made it all the way to the FINAL ROUND. 🙌🏼

Such a surreal bucket-list experience walking onto that set, spinning the wheel and realizing, “Wait…this is actually happening.” One of those pinch-me moments I’ll never forget. 🤍

What was once two small, disconnected spaces—a laundry room and a tight pantry—is being transformed into one beautiful, hardworking butler’s pantry. ✨

We removed the dividing wall, added a window to bring in natural light, and created two new openings: a cased opening and a pocket pantry door with beautiful reeded glass that connects to the adjoining bar.

The design combines Sherwin-Williams Peppercorn cabinetry and vertical shiplap with soapstone countertops, handmade Clé tile, unlacquered brass hardware, and the Hicks Pendant by Visual Comfort & Co.

Moody, timeless, and designed to make every inch of this space work beautifully.
