Tried Casa Blanca in New Iberia, La located at 816 E Admiral Doyle Dr. Loving the vibe and esthetic of this restaurant. We had chips & salsa, table side guacamole, 5 different meals, & 4 different alcoholic beverages, everything was delicious. Rate it a solid 8/10 only because service was slow on the side of restaurant we were sitting at.

Made Britscookin Italian Grinder Sliders & these are warm, cheesy, flavor-packed little sandwiches loaded with savory Italian meats, melty cheese, and a creamy, tangy grinder-style salad. Soft slider rolls from King's Hawaiian are layered with ham normally, but I used rotisserie chicken because that's what I had on hand, salami, pepperoni, and provolone, then topped with a crunchy, creamy mixture of shredded lettuce, mayonnaise, red w**e vinegar, mustard, and BritsCookin Garlic & Herb. Baked until the cheese is perfectly melted and the rolls are golden. Every bite is cheesy, meaty, crunchy, creamy, and packed with classic Italian deli flavor!
