We’ve got ART!

I found the mother load of vintage and antique European art. Framed art. Oil on board and oil on canvas, landscapes, pastorals, village scenes. And, we are still unpacking much more !

Down to unpacking all the rest of smalls and pricing those, and, we are going to make it ! Our Labor Day European Container Reveal and Fall Open House is Friday September 4 from 4-7pm for VIP first access tickets only (limited availability) and Saturday September 5 from 9–1 VIP (we have more tickets available) and from 11-4 for general free access! Another year older, another year of fulfillment and gratitude! I spent much of the day crashing to prepare for the September 4-5 container reveal and fall open house event, but Mr R&R pulled me away for the evening for a quiet celebratory birthday dinner, finished with calls and notes from family and friends. Thank you all so much for the birthday wishes ….biggest of hugs! 🤗 B

Finally ! The European container arrived today … about two weeks later than originally hoped and 8 days later than the planned ETA. But, thanks to team Loretto (Jason, Noah, Cazz, Jake, Asher, Connor and Hailey), our warehouse landlord Ryan, and Mr R&R, we’ve unloaded in two hours in 100 degrees heat and will be able to start hustling to process to be ready for our September 4-5 Container Reveal and Fall Open House! Shout out to our shippers for a great job packing and loading (so far!)!

Stay tuned for sneak peeks, daily updates and more event details! For now, I’m exhausted and resting up for the days ahead to be able to put on the Frenchiest of Tennessee antiques events for you ! 🤗B

Columbia Antique Marketplace is open Tuesday through Sunday and we refreshed 🍁 our spaces in preparation for the new week !

I’ll be consumed with our container arrival, which finally arrives tomorrow afternoon! Look for sneak peeks in our stories!

🍂🍂If you haven’t heard, our container reveal event and fall open house is right around the corner and it’s going to be spectacular with antiques and decor from France 🇫🇷, Belgium 🇧🇪 and The Netherlands 🇳🇱. Seasonal fall decor will also be available and both our warehouse and shop will be open ! Shipping/delivery available and we will have porters available to help load at our event.

S U N D A Y

One of the loveliest, and favorite, cathedrals I’ve seen and continue to visit on each of my European antique buying trips is the . I’ve been to many cathedrals in the world including world famous Notre dame and in Italy. But, this cathedral continues to be a favorite . And, if you join me on one of my tours, you’ll get to visit ! Enjoy a brief view. Happy Sunday.🤗B

Falling for the fall decor at the shop .

She’s ready for her Fall Open House September 4-5 (although we may add a few new container items) so I can focus on the container which FINALLY arrives tomorrow.

Last nights storm brought in brief cooler temps, so it’s easier to digest fall decor! But, whew…. Before the storms I was starting my fall garden clean up and got heat exhausted just from weeding ! This morning’s foggy awakening is more palatable than the oppressive humidity we’ve had !

I am going to work my butt off to make sure this European Container Reveal and Fall Open House is worthy of your Labor Day weekend patronage ! Thank you to those that have purchased the early access VIP tickets already ! Hugs . We do have spots left but limited availability if you want first dibs on amazing finds from France 🇫🇷 , Belgium 🇧🇪 and Netherlands on Friday 4-7pm ! I’m wanting this to be an intimate and relaxed sip and shop evening with refreshments, bubbles with lavender, lavender sachet making, discounts and a gift bag with products from France! Come say you’ll join us. And we will have lots of help to load. Still undecided ? There’s time and I get it… it’s labor day weekend (but you get the rest of the weekend off (Saturday general admission is 11-4.). Think we are too far away? We are only 1.5 hours north of Huntsville and less than two hours south of Nashville. Coming from out of town? We are close to many attractions and you can add us in the weekend plans and we offer shipping/delivery!
