Friends, it’s that time! 🎊

The 2026 Fall Arts & Crafts Fair at our historic Fuller Lodge is happening this Saturday!
This is one of my absolute favorite events of the year. This Fair will have around 100 hand picked Artisans from around NM showcasing their amazing hand crafted creations. It’s so much fun to browse and shop.
It’s a great opportunity to support small business and find great gifts for the holiday season and/or wares for your own home.
The Jammery will be there stocked with over 40 different varieties of our small batch canned treats, Artisan Bread and other baked goodies.
I cannot wait to see and catch up with all of my local customers!

With the Fall apple harvest finishing up, I want to feature my 2 delicious apple varieties for this weeks sale! 🍏 🍎 🌳

*Charlottes Apple Pie Jam*
&
* Fall Harvest Apple Butter*

One of my favorite childhood memories was going to my Grandma Charlottes house. Apples and pears were 2 of her favorite fruits and she was always cooking up something with them. Even into her 80’s she would still get out her small ladder to pick her own backyard pears. She was such a determined and strong woman, and her kitchen was her favorite place to cook for and feed all of her family. 💪🏼

Be it her preserves, jam or baked apple pastelitos, everything she made from apples was so delicious. Now, whenever I smell them cooking it always takes me back to her house and kitchen.

So fittingly my Apple Pie Jam is named for her. 💝
The Apple Pie Jam is delightful and tastes like apple pie filling in a jar - and when I sample this one at shows it completely sells out.
The best thing about it - it’s so versatile!
Spread on warm buttered toast, put a dollop of it mixed into oatmeal or yogurt, or my personal favorite ~ rewarm and serve over vanilla ice cream for a quick dessert treat! 😍

My Fall Harvest Apple Butter is a slow cooker delicacy.
Fruit Butters, unlike Jam & Jelly are always cooked low and slow for a few hours to caramelize the chosen sweetener to perfection without scorching.
It is also a low sugar variety! 🎊

Happy Monday Jammery Fam!

Let’s continue the line up of treats that are just perfect to stow away in the pantry until your special holiday occasion!

This last weekend I canned up a new delicious treat to share with you all, and they’re just dreamy. 😍

*Holiday Hearth Vanilla Sugar Plums*

These halved plums are so sweet and juicy, canned in a light syrup and also infused with fresh Madagascar Vanilla Beans.
They would be a lovely addition on a dessert table over pound cake or vanilla ice cream or even made into a sorbet. There’s nothing like having stone fruit in the middle of the cold seasons preserved and ready to grab off the pantry shelf outside of the harvest season.

Now personally, I would give these plums a 3 week pantry sit to help infuse all of the flavor of the Vanilla Beans but if you just cannot wait and *have to* pop them open to snack you can eat them sooner. 🤗
