In Jellying we let the sunlight hit all the notes and say “Look at the zesting on this one”. 🤭

One of the special things about Marmalades, is that you get bites of the candied peels. In this Orange Marmalade - I infuse 2 juicy lemons also.
So you will get a zing of a candied lemon peel too!

Let’s continue this Peach madness marathon with a *brand new* creation from The Jammery this week!

*Tangy Peach Barbecue Sauce*

Ok, this one I am so excited about releasing not just because it’s a new variety but it’s absolutely delish!
Now I would never release a jarred treat without personally testing the recipe. So last night I whipped up a batch and made a dinner recipe with it.
Quality control 😋 🤗

I baked a simple batch of chicken thighs smothered in this peach barbecue sauce and after a quick broil at the end they were so juicy and flavorful. It was a hit at dinner! With school starting and the littlest members of The Jammery in sports, I need quick dinners and this will be a staple in my pantry now. I imagine it would cook beautifully in a crockpot to make it even faster for dinner prep!

This Barbeque sauce has so much flavor, sweetened only with honey - unlike those grocery store barbeque sauces that are loaded with high fructose corn syrup. It also has a little bit of spice with red pepper flakes. It would also be delicious paired with fish or chicken wings for Football season! It is shelf stable until you are ready to open a jar and chef it up!

*Traditional “Peach Melba” Jam*

This jam is a delightful mix of juicy and sweet Palisade Peaches and sweet raspberries ~ and these 2 fruits are truly Sweethearts in a jar! 💘

If you didn’t know, there is actually a fun storied history behind the pairing of these 2 fruits, and almost any culinary creation using them is now called a “Peach Melba”.
The story dates back over 100 years, involves a famous French Chef and his love for a certain famous opera singer which prompted him to create a special Peach raspberry dessert just for her.

Friends, it’s that time! 🎊

The 2026 Summer Arts & Crafts Fair at our historic Fuller Lodge is happening this Saturday!
This is one of my absolute favorite events of the year. This Fair will have around 100 hand picked Artisans from around NM showcasing their amazing hand crafted creations. It’s so much fun to browse and shop.
It’s a great opportunity to support small business and find great gifts or wares for your own home.
The Jammery will be there stocked with over 40 different varieties of our small batch canned treats, Artisan Bread and fresh cookies - and I cannot wait to see and catch up with my local customers!

Hard to believe the summer arts & crafts fair is next Saturday on the Fuller Lodge Lawn!! (Saturday, August 8th from 9-3 PM). Come support our over 100 local and regional artists from New Mexico, featuring everything from from wind chimes to watercolors. We'll see you at the fair!

I currently have Peaches coming out of my ears so let’s continue a fun Peach Marathon this week! 🍑 🎊
A few customers have been waiting oh so patiently for this variety to be back in stock, and with the peach harvest in full swing we’re fully stocked again!

*Honey Spiced Poached Peaches*

These Peaches turned out so delicious, and are a great way to stock the pantry to enjoy fresh peaches outside of Stone Fruit Season!
They are spiced up with Cinnamon, whole Cloves and Allspice. They would be lovely served over Vanilla Ice Cream or popped into an Iced Tea.
