QUEIJADINHA COCONUT CAKE 🥥🧀
A delicious Brazilian-style coconut and cheese cake with a golden crust, soft texture, and a slightly creamy center. Perfect with a fresh cup of coffee! ☕💛
📝 Ingredients
3 eggs
2 tbsp butter
2 cups sugar
500 ml (2 cups) milk
100 g (3.5 oz) shredded coconut
50 g (1.8 oz) grated cheese
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tbsp baking poder
👩🍳 Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
In a blender, combine the eggs, butter, sugar, and milk. Blend until smooth.
Add the shredded coconut, grated cheese, and flour.
Blend briefly just until combined.
Stir in the baking powder using a spoon or spatula.
Pour the batter into a greased and floured baking pan.
Bake for 40 to 50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
Remove from the oven, allow it to cool slightly, and unmold.
