When I said “I’ve got a lot on my plate right now”, I meant that literally 🤭

Ilya Restaurant just started serving brunch on Sundays and it just might be the best way to cure the Sunday scaries. We went all out and ordered a little of everything:

🫒 Ilya Mezze
🐟 Barramundi Carpaccio
🥗 Endive Salad
🥩 Steak Frites
🍳 Çilbir Eggs
🍰 Tableside Tiramisu

Definitely don’t skip the çilbir eggs and the tiramisu served table side!! If you’re in South OC and looking for a new Sunday spot, this is it. Add it to your list!

Carbonara 🤝🏼 ramen

The mashup you didn’t know you needed!! 😮‍💨

I made it with CHEESY RAMEN by otoki Cheesy Ramen, the cheddar mascarpone flavor is what really makes this fusion work. The noodles get tossed with the cheese powder, crispy pancetta, and an egg yolk and parmesan mixture until every single strand is perfectly glossy and creamy 🤤

Finish it with a generous crack of black pepper and more parmesan on top! 15 minutes start to finish and it tastes like something you’d get at a fancy restaurant.
