I saw the Pantone Birth Chart trend and you know I ran to discover my palette! Not only does it feel like peak summer vibes which I am LOVING! It also feels quite on brand as a blend of my design aesthetic (shades of green) and my {mostly} cheerful personality (pink and orange). 🤣 so obviously I did a deep dive for inspo and honestly, upgraded my algorithm in a very bright and fun way. Very into it 🍊🥝🌸 Do I change my whole brand to this palette?! Can I pleeaaasee get a client willing to do a pink bathroom? Better yet, pink + green. My DMs are open 🤣

I will use any excuse (St Patty’s Day) to show off my favorite color! Admittedly, I am a pretty neutral girlie but ya know what works perfectly with beige, cream, and wood tones?! Green! When I say I love warm and earthy palettes, this is what I mean.

One thing I love about living and designing in LA is that there is a neighborhood for every vibe. The Venice Vibe is more contemporary, quirky, and anything but boring! For this Venice build we wanted to lean into that while still maintaining our signature neutral base annnd I love love it. Also, she is for sale if you’re looking 😉

Just wrapped up the sweetest recrafted residence in Mar Vista. Perfect and ready for its next family to make new memories! As always, the kitchen is my favorite part of the home, as I personally need the open space to interact with family or guest or just watch while I meal prep. So sue me!! But also, go buy her and we would love to help you furnish the home 😉
