Claudia Afshar is an Interior Design firm, based in Los Angeles. Specializing in High End Residential, Hospitality and Specialty Commercial Interiors. Raised between London and the British countryside, Claudia apprenticed at her mother’s award winning interior design firm, Living in Space, whilst also learnt architectural design and ground-up development from her father’s successful large-scale property firm. As such she has a unique set of influences from which her sophisticated, sumptuous and refreshing brand have blossomed. Claudia’s meteoric rise in the Los Angeles Design Community lies in no small part to her unrelenting passion for creativity, detail, and strong client-designer relationships. Claudia's exemplary portfolio is rich in bespoke design, fabrics, textures & global inspirations. Each project receives her meticulous attention to detail and its own unique identity.

For me, a collection is never just about the product. It’s about creating the world around it.

Every detail of the luncheon, from the flowers and linens to the ceramics, menus and custom packaging was considered as an extension of The Natural Edit’s five colorways.

A collection to be experienced, not just presented. An expression of the palette, material and lifestyle.

Thank you to Baker Furniture, Phebe & Modern Luxury and the New York Design Center for having me yesterday for the pre-launch of our latest furniture collection.

It was such a pleasure to share a first look at the collection, and a little of the story, process and journey behind bringing it to life.

Thank you to everyone who joined us, and for such a warm welcome. I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve created together and look forward to unveiling the complete 37-piece collection at High Point next month.

THE NATURAL EDIT

Introducing, five microcement colorways by Claudia Afshar in collaboration with Marius Aurenti, available exclusively through ABC Stone.

The Natural Edit is an exploration of color, materiality and atmosphere. drawing from sun washed architecture, rich earth, deep coastal tones and surfaces shaped beautifully over time.

Each color was considered not in isolation, but in relation to the materials that define a space, stone, timber, metal and textile. Together, the palette creates a sophisticated foundation: warm, tactile and quietly expressive, with the depth and variation that gives an interior a sense of permanence.

Designed to move seamlessly between walls, floors, fireplaces, showers, and exterior environments, the collection allows a single material language to flow throughout a project, blurring the boundaries between architecture and interior.

The Natural Edit brings depth, warmth and quiet character to the architectural canvas, a collection designed not simply to finish a space, but to become part of its identity.
