Sticky Honey Garlic Chicken Wings with Vegetable Lo Mein
If you love takeout-style meals, this homemade version is going to be your new favorite. Juicy honey garlic chicken wings paired with savory vegetable noodles make the perfect combination for a delicious lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
For the Chicken Wings
* 1 kg chicken wings
* 2 tablespoons olive oil
* 1 teaspoon garlic powder
* 1 teaspoon paprika
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
For the Honey Garlic Sauce
* 1/3 cup honey
* 3 tablespoons soy sauce
* 3 garlic cloves, minced
* 1 tablespoon butter
* 1 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
For the Vegetable Lo Mein
* 300 g lo mein noodles or spaghetti
* 2 cups broccoli florets
* 1 carrot, julienned
* 1 onion, sliced
* 1 red bell pepper, sliced
* 2 green onions, chopped
* 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
* 3 tablespoons soy sauce
* 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
* 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Season the chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
3. Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 35 to 40 minutes, turning halfway through.
4. Meanwhile, cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
5. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok.
6. Add the onion, carrot, broccoli, and bell pepper. Stir-fry for 4 to 5 minutes.
7. Add the cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss until well combined.
8. In a small saucepan, combine honey, soy sauce, garlic, butter, and chili flakes.
9. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes until slightly thickened.
10. Toss the baked wings in the honey garlic sauce until fully coated.
11. Serve the glazed chicken wings alongside the vegetable noodles.
12. Garnish with green onions and serve immediately.

For extra flavor, sprinkle sesame seeds over the wings before serving.
