When clients think about small-space living, they often focus on what they may have to give up.
I like to focus on what’s possible.
For this Wharf DC condo, every design decision was made with intention—from the furnishings and finishes to the layering of texture, light, and personality. The goal wasn’t simply to maximize square footage. It was to create a home that feels welcoming, functional, and uniquely reflective of the people who live there.
Because great design isn’t measured in square feet. It’s measured in how a space supports your life.
The Art of the Possible.
