One of my favourite places to do the dishes... and I hate doing the dishes.

This quiet little corner of my office kitchen just makes me happy. The painted red shelving, unlacquered brass plumbing and hand-painted tiles all come together to make even the most mundane task feel a little more enjoyable.

I almost talked myself out of this demi-lune console.

True story: this was the piece I was most nervous about after I designed it.

I loved the idea of a demi-lune console, but I wasn’t sure if it would have the quiet elegance I was aiming for. It was one of those moments where I had to trust my instincts and let the design speak for itself—a little ironic, considering it’s something I tell my clients all the time.

This piece reminded me that good design often requires us to embrace a little uncertainty before it all comes together.

A kitchen can feel calm without playing it safe.

I love using colour with intention. Here, the deep green backsplash adds richness and depth, while the painted cabinetry and natural oak keep the palette feeling balanced and inviting.

One of the goals with my new collection for Lulu and Georgia was to design pieces that feel distinctive on their own but work beautifully together, creating that collected feel I love.

Here, the Darwen Sofa in Mulberry Linen is paired with the Bowland Coffee Table, with a sneaky Kirkham Console in the background. One of my favourite pairings.

I don’t often post children’s bedrooms, but this playful wallpaper deserved its own moment. Full of colour, charm and just the right amount of whimsy.

I’m firmly team patterned window treatments.

Whether it’s a Roman shade or drapery, I love the warmth and character a pattern brings to a room. There’s certainly a time and place for a solid (depending on the house), but more often than not, I’ll choose a pattern.

Bonus points if you can layer it with another treatment, like we did here. 10/10 every time.

One of my favourite details in this bathroom is the subtle arched paneling on the vanity. It was an intentional response to the existing round stained glass window, creating a visual rhythm that ties the space together without feeling overly literal.

There are so many details on this nightstand that I love: the beaded drawer detailing, the ornate scalloped apron and the soft curves that give it so much character. And the three drawers are an added bonus!
