Home Movie Theater with NOBÉL most exclusive details! 🎥
For this private theater, the seating area was developed as one continuous architectural composition. Our custom ideas look unconventional at the beginning because they are developed beyond standard solutions from the start. What you see in the final result usually stands behind months of development, testing, coordination, and refinement between our in-house team and production partners. The result is something that could not exist anywhere else in the exact same way.

Lighting is never a finishing touch. It is part of how we define the life of the space. We study how the client moves through the day, how the rooms are used in the morning, in the evening, during quiet moments, gatherings, work, and rest. From that, we develop lighting as a system of scenarios — layered, adjustable, and built directly into the interior so the space responds precisely to different situations. This is why our lighting is never limited to one source or one effect. It is integrated into furniture, walls, ceilings, and architectural details, allowing the atmosphere to shift while the design remains completely coherent. What matters to us is not just how the interior looks. It is how fully it supports the way our clients live in it.

At NOBÉL, every project is developed through a defined process — from planning and technical resolution to custom fabrication and on-site coordination.
Each element is designed and engineered internally, with full control over how it is built, assembled, and installed. This allows us to develop solutions that do not exist as standard products and bring them to a precise, buildable result.
This approach applies to every part of the project, including spaces that are usually treated as purely functional.
A good example of this is the garage in this residence — developed with the same level of detailing, material work, and custom elements as the rest of the house.

This is how we work: one level of ex*****on carried through the entire project, without simplification at any stage.

Imagine a private closet that is more resolved than the boutiques on Avenue Montaigne. But it is part of everyday life.

In this residence, every space is developed to the same level of detail — by one team, working through concept, planning, visualization, technical documentation, and realization.

We design, engineer, and detail every element internally, working directly with manufacturers to bring each solution to its exact form.

The same approach defines this closet — as a fully developed part of the house, with its own scale, structure, and level of ex*****on.

We rarely accept a standard solution at face value. Most of the work happens in the search — comparing options, testing proportions, and rethinking existing systems until they match the exact logic of the interior. If the available version does not solve the problem precisely, we adapt it, rebuild it, or develop a new approach around it. That is how we work with custom elements. Not by selecting what already exists, but by pushing each piece until it belongs fully to the space and supports the idea of the project.

Wellness and Longevity is a top priority for our clients, that’s why at NOBÉL private gym is designed as a fully engineered architectural environment, where structure, performance, and durability are resolved before installation begins.

We start with structural calculations, load distribution, ceiling heights, ventilation, acoustics, and circulation. Every zone is planned around real training scenarios — impact, vibration, movement, and long-term wear. Equipment layouts follow ergonomic standards and safety clearances.

Materials are selected for performance. Floor systems absorb impact and sustain weight. Wall panels and millwork are designed to withstand humidity fluctuations, and operational load.
Lighting is positioned to eliminate glare and shadow distortion during training.

All technical solutions are documented and coordinated before fabrication to ensure precision on site.

Installation follows a controlled sequence under direct supervision. The result is a technically resolved gym built for long-term performance.

Some solutions only appear when a project is developed around the client! we take it with precision — at the level of daily habits, specific needs, and personal requirements that go beyond standard planning.

This is how we work at NOBÉL. We define how each part of the space should function, what conditions it requires, and how it connects to the overall architecture. These decisions are developed through planning and technical coordination, so every solution is built exactly for its purpose.

Ambitious ideas don’t arrive with ready-made solutions.

From the first sketch, we are already defining not just how something will look, but how it will exist. Form, weight, behavior, and constraints are considered together, so the concept is never abstract. It is already tied to reality.

As the design develops, the focus shifts to ex*****on. How it will be built, delivered, assembled, and fixed in space. Each step adds precision.

Here, a large travertine volume is engineered to be transported in parts and reassembled on site, while reading as a single, continuous mass. Light, proportions, and floor connection are calibrated to support that perception.

The final object holds its shape because every decision behind it was taken seriously.

Our newest addition to the unique office collection is the project for and the strongest 🙌🏼
Construction is currently in a full force and we will start interiors soon!
Before construction begins, the project is already developed in detail through the rendering stage.
In this lobby concept, warm wood, deep rosso levanto marble and soft fabrics are used to build contrast, depth, and a stronger architectural presence before the project moves into technical development and ex*****on.

We approach rendering as part of the actual development process, because it becomes the reference point for every next stage of the project. Once approved, materials, custom elements, and technical decisions are developed against that original vision to keep the final result exact and consistent.
