Ingredients:

2 lbs (900 g) beef stew meat, cut into chunks

4 potatoes, peeled and quartered

4 carrots, sliced

1 onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

4 cups beef broth

2 tbsp tomato paste

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp dried thyme

1 tsp dried rosemary

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

2 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)

Instructions:

Place beef, potatoes, carrots, onion, and garlic in a slow cooker.

In a bowl, whisk together beef broth, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.

Enjoy this deliciously creamy and cheesy chicken spaghetti for a comforting dinner thatโ€™s packed with flavor!

Ingredients:

2 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 12 oz / 340g total)

2 teaspoons Italian seasoning (about 4g)

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil (about 30ml)

4 tablespoons butter (about 56g)

1 small yellow onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

4 tablespoons flour (about 30g)

1 ยฝ cups chicken broth (about 360ml)

ยพ cup milk (about 180ml)

4 oz cream cheese, softened (about 115g)

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded (about 100g)

10 oz diced tomatoes & green chilies (about 280g, canned)

8 oz thin spaghetti (about 225g)

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded (about 100g)

Red pepper flakes & chopped parsley, for garnish

Directions:

Prepare the Chicken: Season

the chicken breasts with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook until golden brown and fully cooked (about 5-7 minutes per side).

Remove the chicken from the skillet, set aside, and let it rest.

Cook the Aromatics: In the same skillet, melt the butter.

Add the diced onion and cook for about 3-4 minutes until softened. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.

Make the Sauce: Sprinkle the

flour over the onion and garlic, stirring to combine. Cook for 1-2 minutes to remove the raw flour taste. Gradually whisk in the chicken broth and milk, allowing the mixture to simmer until the sauce starts to thicken (about 3-4 minutes).

Add the Cheese: Stir in the

softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar, mixing until melted and smooth. Add the diced tomatoes & green chilies to the sauce.

Cook the Pasta: While the

sauce is cooking, cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and add the pasta directly to the sauce.

Combine & Serve: Cut the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces and stir them into the pasta mixture. Mix in the shredded mozzarella cheese until itโ€™s fully melted.

Ingredients:
3- pound chuck roast
1- ounce packet of dry ranch seasoning mix
1- ounce packet of dry au jus gravy mix
6 tbsp unsalted butter
1/4 cup water
5-6 pepperoncini
Instructions:
Step1: Add 1/4 cup of water into the insert of your slow cooker then place the chuck roast on top.
Step2: Sprinkle the dry ranch seasoning mix on top of the chuck roast, then sprinkle the dry au jus mix on top, then place 6 tbsp. of butter on top of the roast, and finally 5-6 pepperoncini around the roast.
Step3: Cook on low for 8 hours.
Step4: Shred and serve with gravy

Ingredients:
- 1 (24-ounce) 2-nch-thick rib-eye steak, at room temperature
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 3 sprigs fresh thyme
- 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary

Instructions:
1. Start by seasoning the ribeye steak generously with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper on both sides. Let it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before cooking.

2. Heat a skillet or cast-iron pan over medium-high heat. Add the canola oil and let it heat up until it's shimmering but not smoking.

3. Carefully place the seasoned ribeye steak into the hot pan. Sear the steak for about 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, adjusting the time to your desired level of doneness.

Air Fryer Garlic Butter Steak Bites and Potatoes ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜‹

Ingredients
3 large potatoes
olive oil + salt pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and dried parsley (for potatoes)
2 Steaks โ€“ I used 10 ounce strip steaks
Olive Oil
Salt pepper, & garlic powder
Steak Seasoning I like using Kinderโ€™s Prime Steak

Seasoning
4 TBSP of butter
1 tsp of minced garlic
1 tsp of dried parsley

Instructions
Wash your potatoes and cut up into small cubes
Toss them in olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, paprika, and dried parsley (I donโ€™t use exact measurements for this part)
Cook your potatoes in the air fryer at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes shaking them around at least a couple times while they cook
Once the potatoes are cooking, cut your steak into about 1 inch cubes
Coat the steak bites in olive oil and salt, pepper, garlic powder, and steak seasoning
Once the potatoes are cooked set them aside
Cook steak bites in the air fryer at 400 degrees for about 7 minutes (this got mine about medium)
Melt your butter and stir in minced garlic and dried parsley
Pour the garlic butter over steak bites and serve over the crispy potatoes
