Preparing to break ground, 316 S Catalina is a 57-unit residential development featuring studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom residences.

The design combines sculptural curved facade elements, recessed windows, and perforated metal balcony screens to create a contemporary architectural expression with depth, texture, and a warm, neutral palette.
