Ingredients
6 large flour tortillas
400 g ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp chili powder
Salt and pepper
1/2 cup tomato sauce or salsa
2 cups shredded cheddar/mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp oil or butter
Fresh parsley or cilantro
Instructions
1 Cook onion and garlic in a pan with oil.
2 Add ground beef and cook until browned.
3 Season with paprika, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
4 Stir in tomato sauce or salsa and cook 3–5 minutes.
5 Place a tortilla in a pan, add cheese, beef filling, and more cheese.

Ingredients (4 shots)
1 box berry blue gelatin dessert
Cold water, for gelatin
1/2 cup white grape juice
2–3 tbsp blueberry syrup or blueberry purée
Ice, for chilling glasses
Fresh blueberries
Edible glitter, optional
Mint leaves, optional
Instructions
1 Chill shot glasses in the freezer for 15–20 minutes.
2 Prepare the blue gelatin using package directions, then let it cool slightly.
3 Pour gelatin about 1/3 of the way into each glass. Chill until lightly set.
4 Slowly pour white grape juice over the back of a spoon to create a pale layer.
5 Drizzle blueberry syrup or purée down the inside of the glass for the drip effect.
6 Top with fresh blueberries, edible glitter, and mint.
Tip

750 ml white grape juice (replaces wine)
1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup peach nectar (replaces schnapps)
1 cup lemon-lime soda
1–2 cups pineapple chunks
1 cup assorted gummy candies (bears, cubes, etc.)
Ice
🍹 Instructions
1 Prepare
Fill a large pitcher with plenty of ice.
2 Pour & mix
Add white grape juice, pineapple juice, peach nectar, and lemon-lime soda.
Stir gently to combine.
3 Add the fun
Toss in pineapple chunks and gummy candies for that colorful candy effect.
4 Garnish & serve
Top with pineapple slices and cherries.
Serve in glasses with extra fruit and candy.

Toasted coconut flakes
