Sheridan Group partnered with Wolcott Architecture to furnish this 25,700-square-foot renovation for a Confidential Hospitality Developer in Century City. A curated mix of ancillary furniture brings warmth, comfort, and functionality throughout the executive, collaborative, and social spaces—complementing Wolcott’s modern, hospitality-forward design vision.

The result is an inviting workplace designed to support how people meet, connect, and work throughout the day.

We’re honored to share that Confidential Law Firm has been nominated for a 2026 IIDA Southern California Calibre Design Award in the Work Large category.

Sheridan Group partnered with HLW to furnish this 53,000 sq. ft. workplace in Century City, delivering a comprehensive furniture solution across private offices, meeting rooms, workstations, and amenity spaces. The project balances functionality, flexibility, and a refined client-facing experience tailored to the needs of a leading global law firm.

Congratulations to HLW and all project partners involved in bringing this thoughtfully designed workplace to life, including ARC Engineering, HITT Contracting Inc., Luminarch Studio, and VVA - Part of Drees & Sommer. We’re grateful to have contributed to a project recognized for excellence in commercial interior design.

The workspace was created to support both day-to-day operations and future growth, featuring private offices, workstations, meeting rooms, and flexible lounge areas. Adaptable furniture solutions allow the space to evolve alongside the team’s needs.
