Life has been “lifing” lately, to say the least. My anxiety has been at an all time high, I feel in fight or flight mode almost daily. My nervous system feels so dysregulated, which makes it extremely hard to focus on anything other than that. I am taking it day by day and I am focusing on recentering so I can get back into my routine that I loved so much.
