No cream, no eggs, no cooking required...just blend the simple ingredients together and it’s done. Eat it right away for a soft, pudding texture or freeze it into little cubes for grab-and-thaw portions whenever you want something sweet. Try our simple kabob tip: keep one type of ingredient per skewer! Why? Different foods cook at different speeds — chicken, steak, shrimp, peppers, onions, and zucchini all need their own timing. By skewering proteins separately from veggies, you get perfectly cooked results every time. That means no overdone steak or undercooked onions. Bonus: it also makes flipping easier and helps with even seasoning. What are your favorite kind of kabobs?

Blueberries seem low-maintenance, but how you store them makes a big difference. The key: don’t wash them until you’re ready to eat. Moisture is the fastest way to turn fresh berries into moldy ones. When you rinse them and put them back in the fridge, that lingering water creates the perfect environment for mold to grow…sometimes overnight! Rinsing too early also removes their natural protective coating (that soft, dusty-looking layer), which actually helps keep them fresh longer.

Instead, store your blueberries dry and only rinse what you plan to eat immediately. A few simple tips to make them last longer:
- Sort them when you get home. Remove any smashed or moldy berries so they don’t spread to the whole batch.
- Keep them in the original container or a breathable one. Airflow helps prevent moisture buildup
- Wait to wash until right before eating

This small habit shift, can easily give your berries several extra days of life (and save you from tossing half the container).
