While the 1920s Greek Revival-style home, enviably sandwiched between Seneca and Cherokee Parks, was unmistakably lovely, it was the towering sentinels surrounding it-purposefully planted by the Olmsted firm in 1900 when it prepared a subdivision plan for what was then John McFerran’s trotting farm above Beargrass Creek, just a stone’s throw from Frederick Law Olmsted Sr’s Cherokee Park

This space, with its blue motifs, reminds us of the contrast of the ocean, a place that is seductive, wild, and calm. That’s how we want this space to be understood: powerful and quiet, a place where you want to be and feel at home.

“We believe that things find their place naturally, without being forced. One complements the other, and together, they become stronger. That’s what makes a space feel organic when everything also feels coherent.”
