ATTENTION- Cleaning is Currently on Pause!!!

I have to avoid any laborious jobs for the next few months. There is a strong possibility that I will have to fuse my neck sooner rather than later. I am still trying everything to avoid that.
Its no secret that I have had neck pain. I was conditioning to be an LMPD recruit recently and felt a pop and weird pain during an exercise.
The pain increased over that next week and I ended up at the hospital. I was on heavy duty medication for a few weeks to get the pain and inflammation under control.
I had to pivot and I am going full force with my art business. If you would like to continue to support, look over at Feeling Foxy for upcoming shows ❤️

Good Morning!!! You will get to see Berkley Kirstina Cleaning Services, LLC on WHAS11 tonight at 6pm. JCPS has made it very difficult for some families to transport their children to school. Parents have had to think of ways out of the box to keep their kids in the schools that they have been attending for years to accommodate the new schedules of being a car rider.
I was a full time corporate gal. I gave up my mortgage career that I built for a decade to keep my children in the traditional program. Its been an insane adjustment for me, and a fun one for them.
I have since started two small businesses to keep the bills paid and to keep the kids happy and stable.
It doesn't seem like a big deal to many, but I am driving and in car rider lines from 1:30 to 4pm in the afternoon. Which cuts into a typical work day. This new change is incredibly hard on families with multiple kids in different schools, parents who work, single family households, and those with medical disabilities that prevent them from being able to drive.
Our "home" school (Remember, traditional schools are the SAME cluster as the home school. They just changed the words used to call them "elective" schools to make the public more agreeable to the change) is literally 3 blocks from the traditional school. And the home school gets a bus. The main difference? You're talking top 10 schools (including #1 in the state and top #20 in the nation) to bottom #400 in the state. And it doesn't matter how talented and smart your child is. If you can not drive your child to school, they will not get that chance to go to their dream PUBLIC school.
