Staci Myers and I went to my first opening day estate sale experience.
I wanted to go to BlueMoonLex estate sale in Bardstown. What I didn’t know was it was apparently the home of the former Mayor.
Besides an amazing collection of antique furniture, china, pictures and so many quilts and blankets, I picked up this beautiful Victorian photo album full of mostly 1860s era CDV photos.
To say I’m excited is an understatement.

Found these two gems in the wild today! Both are signed with various Louisville Ballet superstars such as Helen Starr and Diane Downes.
I need help from you all to figure out if any or the signatures are real or just printed.
My theory is the first poster which are the first three slides are of a print and the last few slides (also the poster with the most damage) are real signatures.
Anyone know anyone in the Louisville Ballet world I can contact?!
Thanks!

I can’t believe I didn’t post this beauty when I found it at the bins (yes you read that right!) in March.
I have held onto it for several months and have decided it’s time to let it find its new forever home. 🥰
