🚧🍔Construction on Wendy’s has officially started in North Lovington!

Located next to the new Albertsons Market and the future Blackwood Square, adding even more excitement to this rapidly developing area of town.

We’re thrilled to see progress underway and can’t wait to welcome Wendy’s to our community. Stay tuned for updates as construction moves forward!

• County-Wide Economic Development Services
• County-Wide Care and Maintenance of Sick and Indigent

📅 Release Date: January 21, 2026
🗓 Proposal Deadline: February 27, 2026
(Economic Development due at 3:00 PM | Sick & Indigent due at 5:00 PM – Mountain Time)

Qualified vendors are encouraged to review full details and submission requirements through the County’s procurement portal.

This sign hung for many years over the north half of the Quilt Shop. Now it hangs over my sewing room in my barn at home. I’m sew looking forward to get to spend time in here sewing and creating fun things!
