OUR STORY

Primitive Peddler located at 2813 Jewett Ave in Highland, Indiana was established in 2012. Owners Mary Ellis and Amy Siebenhaar both being life time residents of Highland. Our quaint and unique country shop is in one of the oldest and most historic buildings in Highland. The charming wooden floors dating back to the late 1800’s brings the warm and cozy feeling

Soon we will be serving complimentary Aspen Cider to take the chill off fall and cooler weather which is fast coming. Home made chocolate chip, peanut butter blossom cookies, biscotti, and more baked by Cathy.......(special orders upon request).

As you browse, smell our all natural soaps, lotions, exfoliating body and lip scrub created by a local nurse. This product is wonderful for cracked and dry feet and hands.

Braided place mats/rugs, shower curtains, valances, home decor is of the highest quality. Furniture, tables, hutches, lamps, and consigned pieces also available. We do consign pieces of furniture if it fits in with our decor
