So many details to love in this Parade Homes primary suite. A fireplace for ambiance, statement light fixtures, and a floating tub set against a full marble wall, with the shower tucked just behind it.

This one will always feel extra special. So many details to love here, and this suite might be our favorite proof of that.

Great design isn’t just the big moments, it’s every detail in between.

Floor-to-ceiling windows framing lake views. A resort-style pool that feels like a private getaway. A spiral staircase that turns a hallway into a statement. A chandelier set into a ceiling detail designed just for it. Even a Star Wars-themed basement, because 𝒄𝒖𝒔𝒕𝒐𝒎 𝒎𝒆𝒂𝒏𝒔 𝒃𝒖𝒊𝒍𝒕 𝒂𝒓𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒅 𝒉𝒐𝒘 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒂𝒄𝒕𝒖𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒚 𝒍𝒊𝒗𝒆.

This is what sets Sharkey Custom Homes apart, the details that make the whole home feel effortless. Swipe through to see what’s possible when craftsmanship leads the design.

Ready to build something this intentional? Let’s talk about your vision.

This week’s 𝑭𝒆𝒂𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒆 𝑭𝒓𝒊𝒅𝒂𝒚 is all about a showstopping fireplace.

We designed this fireplace to do more than anchor a room, we wanted it to command the space. Black tile, laid floor to ceiling, with a dramatic ceiling height.

The contrast is 𝑖𝑛𝑡𝑒𝑛𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛𝑎𝑙, the ceiling height is 𝑖𝑛𝑡𝑒𝑛𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛𝑎𝑙, the dramatic wow is𝑖𝑛𝑡𝑒𝑛𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛𝑎𝑙.

This is the kind of detail that separates a custom build from a standard one. It’s not just about choosing a beautiful material. It’s about understanding scale, sightlines, and how a single feature can change the way a whole room feels when you walk in.

Abba Center Salon & Med Spa was designed to bring two distinct businesses together under one roof, with a full-service hair salon on one side and a med spa on the other.

From the layout and flow of the building to the details throughout each space, every element was thoughtfully considered to create an environment that is both beautiful and functional.

Have a commercial project in mind? We’d love to help bring your vision to life!

This 𝑭𝒆𝒂𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒆 𝑭𝒓𝒊𝒅𝒂𝒚, we’re taking a closer look at one of the most impactful design elements in a home: natural light.

Rather than simply adding windows, the home was designed around them, using their height, placement, and expansive views to make natural light an integral part of the space.

Sometimes, the most beautiful element of a home isn’t something added to it, but the way it was designed to capture what is already outside!

One home with a lot to love.

From the curb appeal to the pool, the primary suite to the kitchen, this one was designed with no shortage of details worth noticing.

This 𝑭𝒆𝒂𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒆 𝑭𝒓𝒊𝒅𝒂𝒚, we’re highlighting a few of the outdoor spaces that make us want to stay outside a little longer!

From pools designed with built-in slides and natural rock features to outdoor gathering spaces centered around fire pits and custom built-in seating, each space offers its own approach to enjoying the outdoors while creating an environment that feels just as intentional and inviting as the rooms inside the home.

Outdoor living is more than simply adding a pool or patio. It’s about creating spaces that bring together thoughtful design, comfort, and the way you want to enjoy your home.
