🔨 SHUTTER FABRICATOR / PRODUCTION & PREP

We’re looking for someone who is hands-on, dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in quality work.

Responsibilities may include:
• Fabricating and assembling custom shutters
• Millwork and finish carpentry
• Prepping shutters and shutter components for painting and finishing
• Reading and following work orders, instructions, and measurements
• Accurately reading a tape measure and working with fractions
• Cutting down and preparing blinds for customer orders
• Assisting with production and other shop duties as needed
• Occasional deliveries in a company vehicle

Woodworking/carpentry experience is REQUIRED.

🛠️ WINDOW COVERING INSTALLER

We’re hiring an installer to work with a variety of custom window treatments, including:

• Shutters
• Blinds
• Shades
• Motorized shades and window coverings
• Other custom products and installations as needed

This position requires someone who is comfortable working with tools, can accurately read measurements, has strong attention to detail, and can professionally work in customers’ homes and businesses.

REQUIREMENTS FOR BOTH POSITIONS

✓ Valid driver’s license and good driving record are REQUIRED
✓ Dependable and punctual
✓ Able to work independently without constant supervision
✓ Able to work well with others as part of a team
✓ Strong attention to detail
✓ Able to follow written instructions and measurements
✓ Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
✓ Willing to learn and assist in other areas when needed
✓ Must keep work areas clean and organized
✓ Strong work ethic and pride in quality workmanship

EMPLOYMENT INFORMATION

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

• 90-day probationary period
• Paid holidays after successful completion of the 90-day probationary period
• Vacation and sick leave available after one year of employment
• Health insurance/medical benefits are not currently offered

💲 Starting Pay: $15.00/hour

Job Responsibilities:
• Prep shutters and shutter components to be ready for painting
• Read and follow work orders, instructions, and measurements
• Accurately read a tape measure and understand fractions
• Help pull and cut down blinds for customer orders
• Assist in other departments as needed
• Access and use our company calendar from your cell phone
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Occasionally make deliveries to Midland/Odessa, Amarillo, and surrounding areas in a company vehicle

What We’re Looking For:
• Dependable and on time
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Able to read a tape measure and work with fractions
• Able to follow written instructions and measurements
• Comfortable accessing a company calendar from your phone
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to learn and help wherever needed
