Meet Andrea, our Director of Operations ✨

Andrea is the force behind so much of what keeps Teaselwood moving. With a background in project management and product development, she oversees our business operations while also helping guide the growth of Made for the Mountains.

As a certified Project Management Professional, Andrea brings organization, clarity, and thoughtful leadership to our team, helping everything work seamlessly behind the scenes so we can continue delivering the high-touch experience our clients know and love.

Outside the studio, Andrea is a busy mom and can often be found on the soccer fields in Manchester cheering on her daughters.

We’re so delighted to have her as part of the Teaselwood team.

We’ll always make the most of the natural light a home gives us. Whether that means working with beautiful existing windows or opening up spaces to let more light flow through, it can completely transform the way a room feels.

Here, all that light paired with the sculptural dining table makes this space feel pretty special.

Meet Ana, our Project Director ✨

With more than 12 years of experience in the interior design industry, Ana is an integral part of taking our projects from vision to reality. She works closely with our clients, craftspeople, and construction teams to make sure every detail is carried through with clarity, consistency, and care.

As a Vermont native, mountain living is second nature to Ana. When she’s not in the studio or on site, you’ll likely find her enjoying Lake Bomoseen with her son and their dog, Theo.

We’re so lucky to have her as part of the Teaselwood team.
