This has been a long time question I wanted to ask before we settled on this decision.
Most businesses are busy Monday til Friday, slowing down on Saturday as most families have other activities. And, equally it becomes difficult for businesses to find weekend workers because daycare does not watch children on weekends. With this being said, how many of you would be more apt to use a Monday shopping vrs a Saturday shopping. Those that utilize a Saturday, if we did 5pm-6pm would that help you adjust for us being closed on Saturday and open Monday? Discussion please.

Hey folks, one of my designers is working just weekends now and a higher paying job during the week. My other designer had life changes and can not work Saturdays. So now I’m back to hunting a designer for the shop. Please we would prefer someone that is not engaged in a tshirt side hustle or someone who wants to make t-shirts for a living as sometimes the boundaries get blurred. We would love someone to stay with us a while that interested in growing the business. Help?

This position will receive the training needed to perform the job and enhance your knowledge of designing, assist our customers, and grow within Lazy Day Crafts. Difficult subject;
I’m not sure if I’m saying the right words. Or perhaps I’m coming off rude, or offensive when really I am not trying to be that way at all. Had you had the oppertunity to see my face, tear swells in my eyes and the sincere voice, would be better then misreading messages and getting the wrong ideas.
Many DTF shops do not do anything to your gangsheets. They are printed just like they are and handed over to the person who loaded them. Many don’t do the design work at staggering amounts that we do for our customers. Many times we discount these and don’t get paid for our full services. But, we take as many measure as we can to assist customers, even at our expense both with time, money and products to do things to assist customers to achieve finished products. Ultimately, if you are a customer that is engaged with pressing shirts for your own customers, you need to grow and learn how to do all of this for yourself. Because a business is more effective if it is utilizing everything it can to harness products to sale from a wholesale price. This will include learning how to create images, remove the backgrounds, remove transparent pixels, upscale images and put them on a gang sheet. It will include a massive inventory on softwares, time, and knowledge as a primary investment in your business future. So when I mention this to you, and I discourage you sending us 15 messages or emails of images it’s not because we don’t want to do the work behind the scenes, it’s because of the complaints about our internal pricing, while extremely reasonable, is often concerning to other tshirt businesses. Wholesale is building your own gangsheet from a business prospective and is the only way for you to save money any day of the week on the end product. So invest in yourself, into your business and learn how to grow.
We love working with each and every one of you and want everyone to prosper. I am sorry if you misunderstood my words in messenger and iv not said this correctly. My goal is for everyone to win, but I can’t give deals and discounts constantly when we are doing all the labor, prep work, all the software fees, taxes, training, and printing. My design team sells single transfers, learn to do the gangsheet if you want a better deal on those transfers.
