A Little More Magic in the Secret Garden! 🌿✨

Lesson Three is all about ribbons, texture, sparkle, and playing with perspective!

We're using two different widths of silk ribbon to create depth in the garden. My brand-new Color Dreams 2mm Silk Ribbon creates delicate foliage that recedes into the background, while wider 3.5mm ribbon brings the ivy forward.

Even the twinkling garden lights have a job to do! They're stitched small and relatively flat, with just enough sparkle to glow without jumping into the foreground.

And yes, we've brought the beautiful white peacock to life. (The one I keep calling a swan!)

It's all about knowing when to add dimension and when to hold back. That's where the magic happens.
