At First Watch Logistics, our job doesn’t start when a package leaves our warehouse. It starts the moment it arrives.

During today’s delivery intake, we immediately noticed several boxes had been exposed to rain before they reached us. Rather than simply storing them and moving on, we documented the condition with photographs, completed a detailed inspection report, and notified our client right away.

Why?

Because protecting our client also means protecting their client.

Early documentation creates accountability, prevents surprises at installation, and provides a clear record of a product’s condition before it ever leaves our warehouse.

Anyone can receive a shipment.

It’s a reminder that every big vision starts with something tangible. One truck. One trailer. One warehouse. One customer who trusts you with what matters.

First Watch Logistics wasn’t built because the world needed another delivery company. It was built because we saw too many homeowners, designers, and contractors dealing with damaged products, missing pieces, poor communication, and no accountability.

That’s why we inspect every shipment, document everything with photos, store it securely, and deliver it with the same level of care we’d expect if it were going into our own home.

It’s me, Britt!

After many years in law enforcement at HCSO, my husband is officially retiring from his career as a sheriff’s deputy… and we are stepping into a brand new chapter as a family.

Some of you originally followed this page for my art business years ago that I shared with my dear t**i (she owns Art Inherited in LOL and Artsyme was born during Covid). It was just a little fun on the side to make ends meet!

While life has changed directions a few times since then, one thing has stayed the same… our passion for building something meaningful for our family and serving others with integrity.
