We have a few special order stain colors here at WoodHaven. Here is how we apply our interior stains. Our water based clear has a UV protectant in it that helps slow and changes the patina. For the customer that likes the nostalgia of old aged pine, this Aged Pine stain is tinted to match the color of old pine thats been out in the sun to mimic the aging process straight out of our factory.

If you're manufacturing and you're growing, there is always a bottleneck. Lately that's been our stain room. That's why much of last week Ryan (owner) and I (Consultant) spent much of the week running the flood coater while Dalton and Steve kept the spray line going. We're doing all we can to not only bring our customers the finest T&G products but the finest finish in a reasonable time. Rick and Ryan are currently exploring ways to increase our production capacity in the stain room.
