A lot has changed on the Powell Project since our last update. 🏡

The full second floor is now framed, the roof is buttoned up, and the exterior has been sheathed. The electricians are also starting their work as we move into the next phase of construction.

It's exciting to see this project really taking shape. Stay tuned for what's next!

Steven has been with MacCoy for nearly five years and gets to be involved in projects from start to finish, from demo and carpentry to coordinating with subcontractors.

One of the things Steven enjoys most is being involved in the entire process and seeing a project through to handing the keys back to the homeowner.

Sometimes the biggest transformation isn't adding more space. It's making better use of the space you already have.

For this remodel, the goal was simple: make the view the focal point. By rethinking the layout and relocating the primary bathroom, we were able to create a brighter, more open primary suite that takes full advantage of the waterfront scenery.

One of our favorite parts of every project is seeing how an idea becomes reality. From the first conversation with the homeowner to the finished space, it's rewarding to watch each vision come to life.
