Realtors, this is one of the little things I take off your plate.

The day before every closing gift delivery, I call the attorney’s office myself to confirm the date, time and location.

Because closings move. Locations change. And sometimes those updates never make their way back to everyone.

So I check, adjust, and make sure the gift is waiting before your buyer arrives.
