“So sorry for the short notice!” 🤍

Less than 24 hours before closing, my client reached out asking if I could have a closing gift ready for the next day.

My answer was yes.

That is one of my favorite things about being a small business. When I can accommodate a client, I will. Sometimes there is no order cutoff, no waiting for a warehouse, and no “sorry, we can’t.”

Just a real person on the other end saying, “I’ve got you.”

And the blanket made it to closing. 🤍

Realtors, this is one of the little things I take off your plate.

The day before every closing gift delivery, I call the attorney’s office myself to confirm the date, time and location.

Because closings move. Locations change. And sometimes those updates never make their way back to everyone.

So I check, adjust, and make sure the gift is waiting before your buyer arrives.
