WASHINGTON, D.C. — U.S. President Donald J. Trump has reportedly endorsed a plan involving the Orthodox Patriarch of Jerusalem (Jerusalem-Patriarchate) , Theophilos III, as a potential intermediary in efforts to facilitate communication between Russia and Ukraine as part of ongoing ceasefire discussions. This was first reported by the online edition of the Israeli newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth.
