Its been a whirlwind couple of weeks, and while I'm behind on posting, my training is ramping up and on track! Hitting the final cycle before my A race in October. Today was a 10 mile long run, followed by 200 repeats with a twist. The rest starts at 2 minutes, but every rest that follows gets 10 seconds shorter. So you finish with a 400.
Time to get ready for tomorrow's 6 hour backyard simulation!
