Today I chose to do what amounts to a waste of my time, but made me feel better. So 45 minutes on the phone and computer for a “cost adjustment“ that eBay had charged me for $1.28. After talking with UPS everything on my end and their end was right and eBay couldn’t tell me why I was charged. They are going to credit my account for $1.28 and told me have a nice day. Just imagine for a minute they have millions of “cost adjustments” a month and the amount is that small most people just let it slide. I wonder how much they make every year doing that to people every day. I’m sure they aren’t the only ones either. Stop making people rich off of not caring about small things. Rant over.
