I generally create arts/crafts that gear towards themes related to celestial, whimsical, elegant, fairytale, folklore, etc. I am currently working to rehaul everything, thus trying to clear out a lot of old inventory and stuff.

Will be taking a hiatus from going to the flea market until spring next year. A little burned out and will need to replenish by finishing/making more stuff to sell. But of course, my online stores are still open. I just need to get around to doing updates.

Hmm, the weather reports have been a bit concerning this weekend. I know Sunday is off since it's going to rain and stuff, but I think I'll take today off as well because we're supposed to get a lot of wind heading our way from that major tornado/storm that's hitting a state or two over. I really don't want to have to try and keep my stuff from blowing all over the place. I deal with enough of that on normal windy days, lol.
But anywho, I'll be doing the first two weekends each month until June, but this month (since my work schedule kind of made this a bit wonky) I'm gonna see about trying to each weekend, as long as the weather is decent.

Alrighty, spring season is about to start soon, so I'll start going back to the flea market tomorrow, but I may not go Sunday due to weather/rain on the report. Again, I'll be doing spring and fall seasons from now on until/unless I can obtain an enclosed/lock-up booth.
For this spring season, I'll most likely do a "spring cleaning", as in mostly put out stuff like a garage sale. These can be some previous inventories I had and random things I need to get rid of. So, most of the stuff I'll have either is discounted or "make an offer", with the exception of a few items that will still be full priced. I might be at my usual location but I am thinking to change to another area so I can park my car better. Will post at what booth once I secure it.

Okay, after thinking about it a bit, I've decided to go ahead and start doing spring/fall seasons at the flea market until I manage to obtain an enclosed booth (for which I'll then be there almost every weekend whatever the season/weather). I'm finding it difficult to get out there when the weather is an issue since not only do I have to haul stuff back and forth each day, I also have to deal with uncomfortable temps from being exposed to the weather for long hours and bugs in the summer (it's pretty bad here in the south, lol). My online activities will, of course, still continue and I'll be able to concentrate more on them in between the seasons. So I'll see y'all when I go back around March and hope ya have a Happy New Year!

Though the weather is sunny it's a bit cold this weekend, so I will be taking off from the market. Will use the time to work on more stuff. Should hopefully be back next weekend, as the report here says it should be warmer. I'm hoping to eventually invest in a lock-up/enclosed booth sometime next year, that way weather shouldn't be so much of an issue. Though I'm usually under a "roof" now, I'm still open to the elements at a table.
I've been thinking since this was the first time this year I'm at a table booth instead of an enclosed one, that I may start limiting my weekends out there to spring/fall seasons until I can nab an enclosed booth, as winter is just too randomly cold (with some warm days). Being in the South the heat does get bad, but since I'm usually under the shade it's tolerable, but the bugs get bad here at times, like gnats and flies, with the occasional carpenter bees and wasps, that won't leave you alone.

Decided to take this weekend off since it's right after Thanksgiving and it's really cold. Also, I am kind of feeling like I may start feeling a bit icky, so I don't want to push myself. Going to try and go for next weekend. I will be trying to go every weekend in the month of December as long as the weather is decent, etc. I will be back every two weekends a month, starting in January.
Sold a lot of my figures and have some "new" items such as a new butsudan (eastern shrine), it's more simpler than the last one I had but has a good weight to it and it's more cheaper. I'm thinking to spruce it up to look more decorative, will just have to see.

Just got “done” with another set of foxes. Originally wasn’t going to make them a pair since I used subtly different colors but they looked so similar (one is slightly more cooler toned than the other) that I figured “why not”. I plan to do a resin coat over them later since I used small decals on them (the butterflies have a holographic sheen). I’m debating on making pairs sellable separately or not, since I currently have pairs for sell on my Etsy. I suppose if I get a “first-come-first-serve” request to purchase just one of them, I may make a separate listing for the buyer. Either way, we’ll see. I may even go back and just go ahead and resin coat the ones up that are currently not coated, but it would raise the cost slightly.

I plan to offer certain products that can be " made-to-order " and custom/commissionable soon. I just need to make and set up example images for them, as well as other things. Some things will be offered in such a manner over time, such as ceramics, once I can refine my process of making them. So be on the lookout :D

Edited figurines in my Etsy shop to have the option to add clear resin coatings to them. This would make them waterproof and/or better to help protect the paint job but is completely optional. I suggest the option only if you either want them to be usable as a tea pet or you just want the extra protection.
