🎨 Happy Thursday, Crafters! ⚽

🏮We are stoked to once again be a part of the Kids' Zone at The Bodega at Breese Stevens Field! Our origami teachers will be joining us TONIGHT to teach some FREE lessons in paper crafting. Learn some introductory shapes as well as a paper soccer ball - perfect to get in the spirit for tonight's World Cup game (we contain multitudes!)!

🛍 Our shop will be closing tonight at 3pm, but join us and dozens of other vendors (shoutout to friend of the Studio Prismatica Glass!) and food trucks at The Bodega from 5pm - 9pm and then stick around for the USA vs Turkey game! It's looking like a gorgeous night ahead!

🌞🖼️ Summer is in full swing here at The Curious Crafter! Not only do we have one week of our Crafty Summer Camps completed (4 more to come with a few spots remaining!), but we are looking forward to even more upcoming community events!

🐕 🎨 Next Sunday, June 28th, join us at Healthy Pet Veterinary Clinic along with your pet for our Paint WITH Your Pet at Healthy Pet Veterinary Clinic ! Learn all about this fun, unique event, as well as sign up ahead of time, on our website in the comments!

🧶 🍻 Then on Monday the 29th, join us at Delta Beer Lab for a Pride Month Hanging Yarn Art Workshop at Delta Beer Lab! The perfect way to cap off Pride Month, all are welcome to this creative workshop! Signups are also in the comments below.

🎨 Tomorrow, we kick off our Summer Crafty Camps! Due to this, we will have some shortened hours, but you can join us from 5-8pm Wednesday-Friday for Crafty Hour! Drop in to do any of our fun crafts, or take advantage of our nightly deals!

📣Calling all creative kiddos! We are hosting our inaugural Young Crafters Fair this August and we are on the lookout for some amazing talent to showcase! 👩‍🎨

🖼 A huge part of The Curious Crafter's mission has been to cultivate a creative community while giving artists and makers a space to share their gifts with others. So we want to highlight our youngest creators at this event on Sunday, August 16th from Noon-3pm! If you have a kiddo who make some pretty cool crafts *and* wants to make a little Summer fun money, we'd love to have them apply. And did we mention that spots are FREE? Because they are!

🐶 🎂 Today has been a busy one, but we would be absolutely regretful (because she would yell at us) if we neglected to wish our wonderful, sassy, strict, treat-loving CEO Sora the Shop Dog a very happy golden birthday today! Her adventurous “Sora the Explorer” spirit and general nosiness definitely keep us on our toes and add so much excitement to our lives.

🦴If you want to come give her some celebratory pats and love, join us on Sunday for Sora's 4th Birthday Celebration & Fundraiser! Lots of fun crafts, deals on merch, and proceeds (and toys and treats!) going to the Dane County Humane Society!

👯 Adults - this one's for you! Join us for a variety of unique Adults' Night Out Events throughout the month of June! Grab the besties, a group of coworkers, or even your special someone and come get crafty!

🌸 This Wednesday, we are hosting a whimsical Pressed Flower Sun Catcher Workshop with Prismatica Glass! Only a couple spots remain for this workshop led by Molly of Prismatica Glass!

🔥 On Tuesday, June 9th, join us for an exciting Spring Wood Burning Workshop with Prettyful Creations! With Gauri of Prettyful Creations at the helm, try your hand at hand burning a set of Bamboo Garden Stakes or Kitchen Utensils!

🧶 To close out the month, we will be hosting a fun Pride Month Hanging Yarn Art Workshop at Delta Beer Lab! Enjoy a pint (or two) of Delta Beer Lab's brews (first one is included with your registration!) while learning how to create your one-of-a-kind colorful wall hanging!

🤗 Hello, Crafters! 🧡

🫶🏽 What a wonderful, community-filled day we’ve been lucky enough to have! On the Westside, we were honored to be a part of NAMI Dane County’s “Strong Minds Strong Communities” event, where we brought these moments of positivity for participants to color and display.

🛍️ And on the Eastside, we got to celebrate the first night of Capitol View Farmers' Market with Anna and Elias and their amazing origami skills! If you missed that, no fret - come to their Summer Origami Workshop on June 26th!

🤩 Madison never ceases to amazing. We are always so inspired by you all - it truly keeps us going!
