The World Health Organization’s theme for World Mental Health Day 2026 is “Lived experiences heard: real voices, real change.” It calls for people with lived experience of mental health conditions to be heard and meaningfully involved in the decisions that affect their lives.

The National Institution of Mental Health suggests self-care means taking the time to do things that help you live well and improve both your physical health and mental health. This can help you manage stress, lower your risk of illness, and increase your energy. Even small acts of self-care in your daily life can have a big impact. 🫶

to December, 2020 when our owners Tina Neupert and Blaine Neupert were featured in an 'In Business Magazine' article spotlighting those in our community who lifted others up. This .. is what Blaine and Tina do on a consistent basis. 🫶

“In a situation like this, people want to help, but maybe they don’t know how to help,” she (Tina) notes. “Blaine heard about this story, and it’s like, ‘Hey, we know wood. We know furniture. Maybe we can help.’

We are grateful for Tina and Blaine's leadership, their consistent community outreach and the way they continue to lift others up.
