Highly recommend Andrew Phillips if you’re in the market for buying or selling real estate.

🏢 CLOSED! 🎉

Last week we officially wrapped up and closed on this commercial property of Madison Candles and Gifts at 2631 Michigan Rd! It was a pleasure being part of this transaction and helping get it across the finish line.

We are excited to see a brand new business that will be coming to the property and wish them success.
