I have been a pediatric nurse for over 30 years. I spent the first 25 years of my career as a pediatric oncology nurse, which was one of the most rewarding opportunities of my life. After retiring in 2018, I continued my nursing career on a part-time basis, but I have yearned to be a part of something new and exciting. Over the last few years, I have come to love all things related to home decor - researching new and trendy home decor, repurposing old decor, and anything that will make a house feel more like home. I am looking forward to sourcing home decor items that will help you bring your home decor dreams to life!

I’m always looking for faux florals that don’t actually LOOK faux…and these beautiful magnolia stems are SO good!

I added the blooms to my real-feel magnolia leaf stems, and that was the missing piece. Mixing the gorgeous magnolia flowers with all that realistic greenery created the prettiest, full arrangement—and the combination looks incredibly lifelike.

The best part? No watering. No wilting. And I can enjoy them season after season!
