The most recent project completed gave me the honor of being able to make my cousins wedding sign which she displayed behind the main table at her wedding. Carved out of a single slab of Black Walnut (if you haven't noticed it's my favorite hardwood to work with due to its beautiful coloring and character) using the CNC machine. Measuring 12"x36" and 1 3/4" thick if features a 1/2" deep routered groove which was then filled with Turquoise accent stones and clear epoxy. This was a fun project as I've never used the "Tiling" function on the CNC and this gave me a reason to do so and now I can create signs at an "infinite" length and up to 35" wide. Thanks to Clarissa Joseph and her husband for thinking of me!!

A couple of Black Walnut "cookies" served a great purpose of designating the changing rooms for The Bride and Groom at the Barn at Bracy's! A huge shoutout to Kelly for allowing me to make these signs for her which will hang in her beautiful barn and accent the Fung Shui she has going on :) Coming in at approx 1" thick (had to be mindful of the weight when hanging on the wall" and range from 22-30" the signs are inlayed with a black matte epoxy to help them stand out.

Here's a quick and easy project to make which really stand out in the dining room, office, anywhere really. These slate coasters are 4"x4" and can be laser engraved with your favorite animal, business logo, saying. Best thing is, once finished, they can still act as coasters as the top remains porous if no finish is applied.

Perhaps one my my personal favorites is making Charcuterie/Cutting Boards for craft shows, Christmas/Birthday gifts etc as the size, style, and hardwoods can be arranged in an almost infinite combination. The larger board is an End-Grain Walnut Cutting Board and the 2 others are Charcuterie Boards d/t the use of a Black Matte Epoxy inlay. End grain cutting boards are usually the highest sought after d/t their longevity and more forgiving nature on knives, however, they are also the most difficult and time-consuming.

Here are some RFID blocking wallets which were made d/t the overwhelming scams involving RFID readers. A new form of scanning in which the individual can scan your credit cards and obtain the info on them (CC number, CCV code, Exp date, etc). Thankfully, these wallets block all RFID readers from being able to obtain that info, keeping you safe. Made out of aluminum or solid wood with an aluminum core which can be engraved with almost any image/saying. They are a little bigger than a credit card and can hold up to 15 cards.

This next project was probably the most difficult to make given the size and the fact that it was for a friend/customer so perfection was of absolute importance. Have to say it turned out quite well and is made of 1 7/8" Walnut slabs Domino Jointed with 7" breadboard ends. The "black" markings you see in the pics is called "Chatoyancy" almost like stretch marks in wood which are highlighted when sanded and subjected to a clear top finish. It is 75" by 25" with an old rustic decor for the legs. Heavy and durable and will most likely outlast it's owners with proper maintenance. It was a project that needed to be completed over 3 months time and took almost all "free time" I had to complete it. Customer was happy and, therefore, I was too!! Probably my most fun build second to my daughter's computer desk.

Here's a couple rolling trays built solely out of hardwoods (Maple, Walnut, Oak and Cherry) using the CNC and 100w CO2 laser. I forgot to take a pic of the P.Nuggs tray after oiling like the right tray. Fun little project which can be lasered with any art/logo.

Been a looong time since I've had a chance to update this page so lets get some of the projects I've completed on here. This one is old (made it as a gift for my daughter for when she started 5th grade) and had a computer desk she could use for homework and such. The main part is approx 6' Long x 24" deep and the side desk is 3' x 24". It is made entirely out of Black Walnut at 1 3/4" thick. The middle is multiple layers of clear/smoky epoxy with a Marine Biologist Inlay. A Diorama of sorts where a "school" of sharks is chasing the marine life around the table and into their little huts on the other side. There is a built-in AC/USB charging station along with about 500 piece of grass, animals, rocks, huts, etc which needed to be glued down prior to pouring the epoxy which she was able to help with. :)Overall the project took about 110 hrs spread over months of time and had some great daddy/daughter moments :) The legs are "Hourglass" legs bought through Amazon.

After many hours of fun-filled woodworking my latest project has come to fruition. This a 44" RFID locking gun cabinet and coat rack with a custom laser engraved glass insert. Capable of holding possessions up to 39" wide 10" high and 2 1/4" deep!! Dark walnut Stained with 3/4" pine and plywood backing. A special thanks to Superior Glass Sales for the donation of the glass in order for me to learn the process of engraving. Let me know what you all think and what you would do differently. Thanks :)
