Looking to start a hands-on career in a growing trade? ASAP Blinds is hiring a full-time Installer Apprentice / Helper to assist with the installation of custom blinds, shades, shutters, drapery, and motorized systems.
💪 No experience? No problem. We provide on-the-job training — just bring your drive, reliability, and willingness to learn!
🔧 What You'll Be Doing:
✔️ Assist with installations in residential & commercial settings
✔️ Support lead installers and learn new skills
✔️ Handle tools and materials
✔️ Interact professionally with clients
✔️ Work on your feet, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs
✅ What We're Looking For:
Respectful, reliable, and eager to learn
Basic mechanical aptitude (power tools, etc.)
Comfortable with physical work
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license (3+ years of driving experience)

🚨 WE’RE HIRING – EXPERIENCED WINDOW TREATMENT INSTALLER 🚨
ASAP Blinds | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | $25–$35/hr
Looking for a skilled installer with 3–5 years experience in blinds, shades, shutters, drapery, and motorized window systems. Work with high-end residential and commercial clients in a professional, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
🔹 Measure and install window coverings (blinds, shades, shutters, drapery rods)
🔹 Troubleshoot and service motorized systems
🔹 Inventory and organize new product receipts
🔹 Maintain clean and professional job sites
🔹 Work Monday–Friday, starting at 7:30 AM (stay until job’s done)
What We’re Looking For:
✔ 3–5 years professional installation experience (references required)
✔ Expertise with motorization, shutters, blinds, and shades
✔ Tech-savvy (comfortable with Apple devices/apps)
✔ Strong communication skills & professional demeanor
✔ Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work safely at heights
✔ Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
