The door was fine. The frame around it was not. 🚪

East Meadow, NY. Wooden door frame rotted through at the bottom, gaps letting cold air and moisture straight in, and the door was no longer sitting square in the opening. Came out, removed the damaged frame, built and installed a new one, fitted the door back clean and sealed everything properly.

Door the client loved stayed. Frame that failed got replaced. That is the right call.
