CBSB HOLIDAY LIGHTING & DECOR NOW HIRING!

POSITIONS AVAILABLE:
Crew Leader/Driver ($1200/Week Base and Commission and Tips)

Crew Team Member/Installer ($840/week Base and Tips Average $280/week)

DATES OF AVAILABILITY:
NOVEMBER 4th-JANUARY 20th (Contract Must Be Signed)

One-Week PAID TRAINING in OCTOBER

Start time is 7:45am - 5pm on average 7 Days/Week
THANKSGIVING DAY OFF, CHRISTMAS DAY OFF, NEW YEARS DAY OFF.

REQUIREMENTS:
At Least 18 Years Old
Must have VALID Drivers License/CLEAN Driving Record
Must own a smartphone
Must NOT be AFRAID of heights, if you are afraid of being on roofs and climbing ladders this is not the right job for you.
Reliability, Dependability, and Being On-Time are the most important qualities in this position.

JOB DUTIES:
Conduct Walk-Throughs with Clients and Insure Safety Protocols are being Followed Correctly.
Quoting, Up-Selling, and Invoicing Clients through App and In-Person.


Directing Your Crew on Job-Site, Delegating Duties, "Running the Show", Making Sure Your Crew is Working Safe as well as Yourself.
Installing Lights on Landscapes, Rooflines, on Residential/Commercial Properties.
Removing Lights Safely and Neatly During Removal Weeks (JANUARY 2nd-15th)

EXPECTATIONS:
Installing Holiday Lights is a fun job. Being outdoors, working on beautiful properties, interacting with clients, and seeing the outcome of your work is the most rewarding part of this.

The holiday season is short. We are crazy busy during this time trying to get all of our clients scheduled and installed. Therefore we need employees that are willing to work overtime and go that extra mile.

Commitment to completing the seasonal contract is important because once we are in the midst of the busy-season (November/December) it is almost impossible to train a new employee if he/she decides to take on another job.

Overall this is a great seasonal position and it is so rewarding.
